no postings for a few days....

Now, I thought we were all fixed up with mobile broadband, with our little dongle... but we hadn't actually tested it out. Turns out, we're not. Due to dastardly actions of telephone companies (as usual). There was a good deal of cursing, screaming and stamping when this was discovered - I had to eat some good hot leftover curry just to calm down. I think it didn't help that I made this call just on the heels of trying to ask our airline we're taking today whether or not I could take a bunch of flowers on the plane - and they ended up telling me that they don't know, but I can go ahead and take the flowers anyway or call another number to see - and they took 30 minutes to do this. I'm about as annoyed as a fish who's just had to marry a sea-urchin. Anyway, might be back on Wednesday, or Tuesday evening. Lots of love to all of you, V xxxx
