Many happy returns!! I guess today's schedule doesn't sound very festive but it seems like you'll make up for it tomorrow - 'tis often the case. Hope the tooth repair goes well in the meantime. Nice talking to you earlier - apologies for not being bouncier... coming to the end of a rather long and boring day over here. There's a bit of a limitation on entertainment when you're loo-bound for four days, try as one might to liven things up. Still, horizons lightening, as it were.
Not entirely sure what on earth interesting I can report on from here, it's all very dull. We managed to take a walk to the local post-box int he afternoon and it appears it was an abolutely glorious day outside, beautiful clear blue, perfect temperature (must have been about 25 degrees or something with a gentle breeze), parrots flying about the place in flashes of red, green and blue, peaceful streets and bottlebrush bushes in full flower. All very nice but of course just a walk to the postbox. Did another little art project with the Littles - tissue paper and flowers and stuff, glueing and sticking. All very simple stuff and all with plenty of help but I guess with each one she learns some little skill, some small trick that might be useful at some time - plus she gets the satisfaction of making something nice-looking... which is not always the case when she's doing stuff on her own at school without help so it's all different and adds to the pile, I guess. As usual, little by little.
